In this engaging class, you will learn how to stack, fill, and apply Swiss meringue buttercream to create a beautifully 5" round cake. You'll have the opportunity choose from three delicious fillings - Lemon curd, Raspberry Coulis, or salted caramel - to pair with our signature vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.
- Learn how to colour buttercream and create different textures using piping tips and a palette knife.
- Add a touch of glamour with gold leaf, macarons, and edible balls, and learn how to make fresh flowers food-safe.
- Transform a standard rose into a stunning reflex rose to complete your cake masterpiece.
Throughout the 3-hour class, you will be guided through each step with all materials provided. Enjoy tea, coffee, and a mini High Tea as you work, and take home your beautifully decorated cake in a display box along with our chocolate cake and Swiss meringue buttercream recipes.
