Easter Dessert box - MOONTA
Get ready for Easter with this dessert box, perfect for 2!
In this 2 hr class, you will get to;-
*Create 2 X mini hazelnut filled, doughnut shaped chocolates
*Make some mini chocolate Florentines
*Cut hearts out from house made marshmallow & drizzle with coloured chocolate, then decorate with a selection of sprinkles, sugar balls etc
*Dip house made goats milk caramel (divinely creamy!) into chocolate
*Put together almond based cookies with decadent ducle de leche to create Alfajores
*Fill 2 types of macaron (2 X raspberry cream & 2 X chocolate) & attach pre made chocolate flowers then dust with gold lustre dust
Lastly, create 2 types of mini tarts, 2 x lemon meringue & 2 x Dulce de leche
In groups, make a meringue from scratch, pipe on lemon tarts & torch to create a decorative effect.
As with all our Moonta classes, there's a door prize & morning tea of scones, tea or coffee.
