In this engaging workshop, you'll learn how to create a visually stunning and delectable cream tart cake. Crafted with 3 heart-shaped layers of delightful honey biscuit and vanilla bean buttercream, this Instagram-worthy treat will be enriched with your choice of lemon curd or raspberry coulis filling.
Don't worry if you're new to cake decorating - Belinda, our friendly teacher will take you through each step with care, ensuring a fun and fulfilling experience.
During the approximately 3-hour session, you'll enjoy piping buttercream onto each layer, filling them with your preferred flavour, and then dive into the creative process. Get ready to experiment with various piping techniques, crafting beautiful rosettes, and decorative elements using a variety of adornments. These include pre-made chocolate geo hearts, macarons, mini Toblerones, pink chocolate blocks, gold sprinkles, mini meringues, and fresh flowers. You'll be taken through how to make your fresh flowers food safe. Elevate your creation with touches of edible gold paint for that extra touch of glamour.
As you immerse yourself in the workshop, sipping on provided tea and coffee, you'll discover newfound baking skills and enjoy a sense of accomplishment as you take home your exquisite, self-made cream tart cake.
