BASIC BUTTERCREAM/ PIPING TIPS

This is the perfect class for anyone that would like to make delicious, beautiful cupcakes!

Perfect for beginners! This is an In person class. Suitable for teens 14yrs +

Our classes are held at the Adelaide Chocolate School, 48 Melbourne St, Nth Adelaide





PLEASE NOTE;-WE DON'T BAKE THE CUPCAKES IN THIS CLASS, HOWEVER, VIDEO THERE IS A DEMONSTRATION VIDEO ON MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL OF ME MAKING THE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES, INC ALL THE TIPS & TRICKS THAT YOU NEED TO PERFECT THEM! I'VE FAILED MANY TIMES SO YOU DON'T!



IN THIS 3 hr CLASS YOU WILL LEARN TO ;-

-Learn how to make Swiss meringue buttercream inc all the tips & tricks on how to colour & flavour it.

-Learn how to make the traditional cupcake swirl, rose swirl, hydrangea, ribbons, & we touch on Russian piping tips

-Combine these techniques with an array of other piping tips to create a selection of deluxe cupcakes!

-Then use a selection of sprinkles, dragees, macarons, marshallow & meringue kisses to create something beautiful!

You will get to take home a beautiful box of 12 DELICIOUS CUPCAKES


Take home;- Your very own box of 12 decorated cupcakes ( 4 vanilla, 4 chocolate & 4 red velvet)
